Return & Refund Policy

At TF7 Clothing, customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A return is eligible if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags, labels & packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene & customization reasons, returns are not accepted for:

  • Worn/washed/damaged items
  • Custom-printed items
  • Accessories (caps, masks, socks, etc.)
  • Items bought on clearance or final sale (if mentioned at purchase)

3. Return Process

Email support@tf7.in with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Product pictures (if defective/damaged)
  1. Return approval will be shared within 48 hours
  2. The package must be self-shipped to the address provided in the approval email
  3. Upon inspection, a refund/credit will be initiated

4. Refund Method

Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection:

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges allowed for size or product defects, subject to stock availability
  • If replacement unavailable, refund/store credit issued

6. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with proof.
We will arrange a replacement or a refund as per your preference.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours or before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible; follow the return process

We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are processed and shipped within:

  • 1–3 business days (Standard items)

During sales/festive periods, processing time may extend.

3. Delivery Timeline

5. Tracking

Once shipped, we send:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner name
  • Live tracking link

6. Undeliverable Packages

If the package returns due to the wrong address / repeated delivery failure:

  • Reshipment fee applies
  • Refund (if eligible) will exclude initial shipping fees

7. Damage During Transit

If the package appears tampered or damaged, kindly:

  • Refuse delivery OR
  • Record video & photos and email us within 24 hours

We will help with a replacement or a refund.
